Backup
grandMA VPU is equipped with Acronis ® backup software (Not for dongle users of former grandMA video).
This manual describes Acronis 2010. VPUs basic with serial numbers < 2 and VPU plus with serial numbers < 45 are equipped with Acronis 2009.
Basically the use of Acronis 2009 is the same as Acronis 2010.

Machines from Serial Number #87 on operate Windows 7. They are equipped with an USB stick at the VPU backplane to start Acronis.
- Attach this USB stick to an USB Port.
- restart the VPU and press F12 during startup. Password is '12345'
- Select your USB stick as boot device
- Acronis will now be started.
